where to next, huh?

"Next" became an intense journey into parenthood. We got caught up in the day-to-day routines of first time parents. Making sure the little one got our focused, undivided attention meant left little in the way of extracurriculars. Photography, video games, travel...those sort of things fell by the wayside. Which isn't to say things were terrible. Quite the opposite really, being a dad is amazing. So much so that we sprouted a second kiddo a couple years ago.

I love these two. And although you're presented with a whole slew of new things to deal with, the second go around is much easier.

Anyway, life has been easing up recently and we even were able to properly answer the "Where to next?" question with a trip through France just last year.

I've even started to get back into photographing things other than my kids.

But why post now after all these years?
